Join a food retail and restaurant concept company opening new stores in the UK and the USA, with an aggressive growth target for the next four years. Create new balanced and tasty dishes for a health-focused food store and restaurant concept, working closely with the founder to develop the food brand offering. Responsibilities include the creation, design and production of new dishes in line with the concept. Applicants must have strong knowledge of plant-based and vegan food, experience as a Development Chef within a well-respected restaurant brand, previous experience in a similar role, experience working in fine dining or a Michelin star restaurant at some point in their career, team spirit, and the drive and ambition to succeed. Salary and package depend on experience and will be discussed on application.
