The role oversees departmental strategy, brand service initiatives, budgets, revenue growth, financial performance, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, service standards, financial controls, team leadership, recruitment, coaching, guest service, market trends, purchasing, and operational improvement. Candidates should have either a high school diploma or GED and 6 years of food and beverage management experience, or a 2-year degree in food service management, hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or a related subject and 4 years of food and beverage management experience.
