Lead and manage a team of AI engineers, data scientists, and developers while recruiting, mentoring, and developing talent in AI, machine learning, and data science. Foster innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning, support the Americas AI budget, and manage AI projects from concept to deployment. Oversee AI platforms, identify business opportunities, contribute to AI strategy, collaborate with business leaders on use cases, promote data culture and AI capabilities, and support machine learning industrialization and research. The role requires 10+ years of relevant experience in data science, development, or data analytics, active leadership experience managing technical teams, financial services exposure, strong Python and SQL skills, statistical modeling, data analysis and machine learning experience, communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to handle confidential information. Experience with Agile project management, CI/CD, MLOps, Docker, and Kubernetes is an advantage.
