Supports origination and execution of M&A, ECM and Leveraged Finance transactions, coordinates across transaction parties, prepares presentations and deal pitches, researches companies and industries, builds financial models including valuation and merger consequences analysis, provides industry and competitive analysis, and works with senior bankers and internal constituents to manage client relationships and deliverables. Requires a bachelor's degree with a strong academic record, analytical and quantitative skills, teamwork, communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a core understanding of accounting and valuation. The expected starting salary is $110,000 to $130,000 annually.
