Oversee major facilities management contracts in London by coordinating multi-trade teams, managing client relationships, overseeing statutory compliance programmes including Awaab's Law, fire safety and building regulations, producing reports, analysing performance data, ensuring services meet and exceed client KPIs, and supporting operational delivery and compliance auditing. Applicants should have proven project management experience within FM, construction or housing, strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, exceptional organisational and leadership skills, client-facing experience, and excellent communication and reporting skills. Relevant qualifications such as PRINCE2 or IOSH/NEBOSH are desirable.
