Cato Services is seeking Fire Safety Specialists to deliver a full range of fire compliance services across London. Responsibilities include conducting fire risk assessments, surveying and maintaining fire doors, installing fire alarms and emergency lighting, applying passive fire protection measures, and ensuring all works meet statutory fire safety standards and Building Safety Act requirements. The role is suited to individuals with strong technical fire safety knowledge and a commitment to keeping tenants and buildings safe. Experience in fire safety or passive fire protection, strong knowledge of fire safety legislation and compliance frameworks, high attention to detail, a compliance focus, and a full UK driving licence are required. A relevant qualification such as FDIS, FIA, or equivalent is desirable. Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Salary is £42,000 to £48,000 per annum, London weighted. Company vehicle, PPE, training, pension, 25 days annual leave, and opportunities for specialist training and accreditation are provided.
