We are recruiting Damp & Mould Remediation Specialists to diagnose damp and mould problems, carry out remedial works, restore properties to safe and habitable conditions, apply specialist anti-mould treatments, improve ventilation, repair building defects and complete associated building works. The role supports compliance with Awaab’s Law through fast, effective long-term solutions and helps improve tenant health, safety and wellbeing. Requirements include proven experience in damp treatment, plastering, ventilation or building maintenance, knowledge of Awaab’s Law and housing standards compliance, the ability to diagnose root causes of damp and mould, strong health and safety awareness, good communication and tenant-facing skills, and a full UK driving licence. Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. Salary is £35,000 to £38,000 per annum, London weighted. A company van and specialist equipment are provided, along with training in compliance and building safety, a pension scheme and benefits.
