Design and support presales solutions for SMB customers across the Brighton, Camberley and London regions. The role covers Microsoft 365, cloud transformation, infrastructure upgrades, cybersecurity and managed services, supporting opportunities from customer discovery through proposal and handover. Responsibilities include leading discovery sessions and workshops, translating business requirements into practical and commercially aligned solutions, designing solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, infrastructure and cybersecurity, producing solution designs and technical proposals, supporting delivery handover, and advising customers in a virtual CIO capacity. Applicants should have experience in IT presales, solution architecture, consultancy or MSP engineering within the SMB market, a strong understanding of managed services and the Microsoft ecosystem, strong communication and consultancy skills, and a strong engineering background. Microsoft certifications relevant to the role will be required and supported as part of ongoing professional development. The role is hybrid, with attendance at customer sites and regional offices when required.
