Join Heitman's Financial Operations & Analysis team in a hybrid Chicago office role, with three days per week in the office. Provide accounting, finance, valuation, and portfolio and asset management support. Responsibilities include applying accounting and financial analysis principles, calculating property and debt valuations and investment performance metrics, reviewing and approving accounting transactions, reviewing financial statements and supporting schedules, and analyzing and forecasting IRRs and time-weighted returns. Candidates should have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Real Estate, 2 to 4 years of experience, strong analytical, communication, project management, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, and fundamental knowledge of Excel.
