This restaurant is the latest opening of France’s most famous Michelin Star Chef. We are looking for a Restaurant Manager with Michelin star experience to lead the team. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth restaurant operations, conducting training and performance evaluations, optimising profitability and revenue, maintaining performance and service quality, and creating an exceptional guest experience. Candidates should have a passion for Food & Beverage, enjoy interacting with people, communicate and write fluently in English, and have experience in a fine dining restaurant or 5* hotel environment. The role requires a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader who enjoys planning, organising, problem-solving and being challenged, can engage with guests, drive the team to optimise business revenues, and work in a fast-paced environment. You must be capable of handling high volume while maintaining a personalised, high standard of service at all times.
