Senior leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and based at EREA VSL's office in Melbourne, Victoria. The role is accountable for establishing and leading a robust governance framework and driving continuous improvement across EREA VSL and its schools. Duties include company secretariat and Board support, enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, audit and assurance, governance and risk data analytics, business continuity planning, strategic management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Applicants should have expertise in governance, Board operations, risk and compliance, substantial professional experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and tertiary qualifications in governance, law, risk management, business or a related discipline. The role offers a base salary of $180,000 to $200,000 gross per annum, plus leave loading and superannuation, on a two-year contract with potential for a further contract.
