EREA VSL is seeking an exceptional and values-driven leader to lead the development and implementation of robust governance and risk management practices and drive continuous improvement across its schools. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the role provides strategic leadership of governance frameworks, leads enterprise-wide risk management systems, oversees legislative, regulatory and policy compliance, and drives organisational improvement through evidence-informed evaluation, internal audit and quality assurance. The role also partners with principals, senior leaders and key stakeholders to build capability, strengthen culture and foster high standards of performance, and leads a Community of Practice across the schools. Applicants should have deep expertise in governance, risk management and organisational improvement, extensive knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements, and the ability to engage senior leaders and provide authoritative advice.
