A fellowship for a recent law graduate who demonstrates a strong interest in privacy law, meaningful engagement with the broader community, intellectual curiosity, generosity, warmth, and a commitment to lifting others up. The Skylark Fellow participates fully in the ZwillGen Fellowship and is encouraged to engage with the broader privacy and technology policy community through mentorship, writing, events, and collaboration with organizations working on Internet, privacy, civil liberties, and emerging technology issues. The Fellowship includes a reduced annual billable target of 1,100 hours.
