A 12-month position beginning in Fall 2027 for recent law school graduates and early-career attorneys interested in emerging technology, evolving regulation, and complex legal questions. Fellows work alongside attorneys on privacy, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, online platforms, technology regulation, client counseling, investigations, litigation, research, writing, speaking engagements, and industry conversations. Candidates are expected to have graduated from law school before the program starts, have taken or plan to take a bar examination near the beginning of the Fellowship, be able to work out of the DC office, and be eligible to apply for admission to the DC Bar. Strong research, writing, analytical, collaborative, and communication skills are sought, along with an interest in technology, privacy, cybersecurity, AI, and emerging legal frameworks. The role includes a reduced annual billable target of 1,250 hours and a salary range of $115,000 to $125,000. Fellows may be invited to join ZwillGen in a full-time attorney role after the Fellowship.
