A 12-month position beginning in Fall 2027 for recent law school graduates and early-career attorneys interested in law, technology, and public policy. Fellows work with attorneys across the firm on privacy, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, online platforms, technology regulation, client counseling, investigations, litigation, research, writing, speaking engagements, and thought leadership. Candidates are expected to have graduated from law school before the program starts, have taken or plan to take a bar examination near the beginning of the Fellowship, be able to work from the DC office, and be eligible to apply for admission to the DC Bar. Strong candidates demonstrate an interest in technology, privacy, cybersecurity, AI, and emerging legal frameworks, along with strong research, writing, analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. The salary range is $115,000 to $125,000. The Fellowship includes a reduced annual billable target of 1,250 hours and may lead to a full-time attorney role or support for future opportunities in technology law and policy.
