Für den Standort in Düsseldorf wird eine leitende tierärztliche Person gesucht. Die Aufgaben include forming the leadership team with the practice manager for a team of more than ten people, focusing on general soft tissue surgery and dental consultations and operations including diagnostic imaging, acting as the first point of contact for dental matters, independently performing dental treatments, extractions and dental restorations, participating in general consultations, training and mentoring TFAs and junior veterinary colleagues, working in a two-shift model, communicating clearly and empathetically, and contributing to process optimisation and site development with the Medical Directors and office team. Requirements include a completed veterinary medicine degree, a licence to practise recognised in Germany, German language skills at least at B2 level, initial leadership experience or the desire to grow into the role, several years of experience and routine in small animal surgery and dentistry, independence, team spirit and communication skills, and strong motivation to help shape the practice location. GPCert, an additional qualification or a specialist veterinary title are welcome but not required.
