A newly created position at a modern private small animal clinic in northern Germany. You will care for outpatients and inpatients, focusing on complex cardiology cases, and work closely with colleagues from other disciplines, veterinary assistants and TFAs. The role includes independent use of in-house imaging, laboratory and endoscopy facilities, communication with referring colleagues and pet owners, mentoring junior staff, supporting the development of assistant veterinarians, knowledge transfer within the team and participation in a rotating on-call service. Requirements include a completed veterinary medicine degree, veterinary licence, sound clinical cardiology knowledge and an interest in interdisciplinary collaboration and advanced diagnostics. Specialist veterinary training or an equivalent qualification is desirable, including candidates currently undertaking such training.
