Provide lifestyle, social and wellbeing services for residents at Blakeney Lodge. Duties include encouraging participation in activities, helping design and deliver lifestyle programs, implementing events, providing resident care during activities and meals, and supporting mobility and social needs. Applicants need strong communication skills, a Certificate III or IV in Leisure and Health, Individual Support or similar, reliable teamwork, respect for residents' values and willingness to obtain Police Check and NDIS clearance.
