Provide person-centred clinical nursing care to residents at St Catherine's Bathurst. Duties include direct nursing care, acting as team leader, and coaching, supervising and guiding the personal care team while following safety policies and procedures. Applicants need current AHPRA registration, a Bachelor of Nursing or similar, knowledge of aged care legislation and quality standards, understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes, strong clinical knowledge, coaching and conflict resolution skills, competent IT skills and willingness to obtain Police Check and NDIS clearance.
