Hyde Square Task Force is hiring contracted, part-time Education Success Associates for up to 10 hours per week from September 7, 2026 through June 17, 2027. The role reports to the Education Programs Manager and is primarily on-site during programming. Responsibilities include supporting youth workshops, implementing tutoring, matching youth with volunteers, building relationships, monitoring academic progress, maintaining participant resources and administrative records, supporting recruitment, and assisting with program and organization-wide events. Candidates should have at least one year of professional experience in a youth development program for urban youth and knowledge of creative or positive youth development. Strong communication, collaboration, organization, reliability, and relationship-building skills are required. Spanish or Haitian Creole fluency, translanguaging abilities, Afro-Latin cultural knowledge, spreadsheet skills, and data analysis skills are desirable. Candidates must pass CORI and SORI background checks and be authorized to work legally in the United States. The required schedule includes Mondays and Thursdays from 3:30 PM to 6:45 PM, plus up to 3.5 additional hours weekly. Pay is $18 to $22 per hour, with paid sick time, workers' compensation, and unemployment insurance.
