Teaching Fellow for ED 200 Justice-Based Education

Teaching Fellows attend ED 200 class sessions, facilitate small-group discussions, respond to in-class discussions online, record attendance, meet bi-weekly with the course instructor, assess reflective journals, analytical essays, and projects, and provide office-hour support. Responsibilities also include accompanying 13 to 15 students to a local Boston school, providing feedback on professionalism and pedagogy, and guiding students in reflecting on field experiences. Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion. Doctoral students are preferred, graduate students will be considered, and K-12 teaching and analytical writing assessment experience are highly valued. Hiring is in progress for Fall 2026 and Spring 2027. Expected hours are based on the listed class and supervision schedule. Anticipated pay is $22 per hour.
