Join the Trust's preceptorship programme for internationally trained nurses. The programme supports your transition to practice through a dedicated team, five study days and guidance covering professionalism and accountability, communication and teamwork, clinical practice and simulation, SSSA+P training, research, quality and safety, leadership and celebration. An Accelerated Preceptorship Programme is also offered, consisting of two study days and support from a preceptor in your clinical area.
