Join the Trust's preceptorship programme, designed to support your development as a newly qualified nursing associate. A dedicated team will guide and encourage your development, with five study days covering professionalism and accountability, communication and teamwork, clinical practice and simulation, SSSA+P training, research, quality and safety, leadership and celebration. Further learning opportunities are available after completing the programme.
