Join the Trust's preceptorship programme, designed to support the transition from student nurse to practitioner. A dedicated team will guide and encourage your development, with five study days covering professionalism and accountability, communication and teamwork, clinical practice and simulation, SSSA+P training, research, quality and safety, leadership and celebration. After completing the programme, you can access clinical study sessions, online modules, rotation opportunities, external courses and leadership development programmes.
