Provide learning support to participants on the Level 2 OCN Access Qualification, working with the Stepping Up Lead Facilitator to identify support needs and create bespoke support packages. Duties include attending delivery sessions, providing group and one-to-one support, assisting with organisational and academic tasks, creating learning plans, recording learner progress and support, organising study sessions, reviewing course materials for accessibility, supporting OCN and UCG paperwork, and providing pastoral care. The role requires experience of access-focused training or performing arts programmes, understanding of neurodiversity and learning difficulties, experience supporting SEND learners, strong communication, administration and organisational skills, and a commitment to inclusion. A Level 3 qualification or higher is required, along with a recognised safeguarding qualification or willingness to complete Level 3 safeguarding training.
