Develop the National Youth Theatre's engagement, learning and education practice and profile, growing resources and programmes for children and young people. The role includes developing strategic schools programmes, managing school relationships, creating education packs and online teacher resources, supporting education group attendance at performances, developing enrichment and career pathway programmes, and building partnerships across the education, public, cultural and creative sectors. The role also involves budget management, monitoring and evaluation, fundraising support, stakeholder representation, inclusive delivery, pastoral care and wellbeing. Applicants should have at least four years' creative sector or education experience, significant experience leading education and participation programmes, project management or producing skills, budget and collaborator management experience, direct experience working creatively with young people, and a strong understanding of inclusive youth arts practice.
