Lead the design, development and delivery of National Youth Theatre's backstage and technical training and opportunities for young people across theatre and the creative industries. The role includes managing programmes such as Ignite, Summerversity and backstage intake courses, developing bootcamps, Tech REP and accredited courses, building partnerships, managing budgets, freelancers and volunteers, supporting fundraising and evaluation, and advocating for inclusive progression and employability. Applicants should have broad backstage or producing experience in the creative or cultural sector, at least four years' relevant experience, significant training programme leadership experience, project management and partnership development skills, experience working creatively with young people, budget management experience, and knowledge of safeguarding and inclusive creative practice. The role offers CPD, peer review, mandatory safeguarding and inclusion training, up to four voluntary days per year for permanent staff, enhanced maternity and paternity pay, family friendly policies, staff support and an Employee Assistance Programme.
