The French American School of Puget Sound seeks a highly organized, analytical, and service-oriented Development Operations & Stewardship Manager to oversee fundraising operations, donor stewardship, constituent engagement, development systems, gift processing, reporting, campaign support, event systems, and analytics. The role serves as the primary administrator for Raiser’s Edge NXT and related development systems, manages donor and constituent data, supports reporting and prospect research, coordinates auction and fundraising event operations, reconciles gifts and event revenue, and partners with Advancement, Finance, school leadership, vendors, volunteers, donors, and other constituents. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, three to five years of progressive experience in education or nonprofit advancement services, CRM management experience, advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 proficiency, strong organizational, analytical, communication, relationship-building, and confidentiality skills, and availability for occasional evenings and weekends. Preferred qualifications include advanced Raiser’s Edge NXT proficiency, experience with Greater Giving or comparable platforms, capital campaign experience, fundraising analytics experience, and knowledge of independent schools or nonprofit fundraising. This is an in-person role based on Mercer Island, with occasional event duties including standing and moving items weighing up to 40 pounds.
