Heitman's Chicago office is seeking an Equity or Senior Equity Analyst to join its Public Real Estate Securities team. Responsibilities include developing investment recommendations, building industry expertise across assigned property sectors, conducting company, financial, valuation, and market analysis, maintaining screening models and valuation tools, performing channel checks, evaluating senior management teams, and writing and presenting research reports. Candidates should have 3-5+ years of relevant experience in publicly traded real estate securities, a bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field, proficiency in Excel and Word, strong communication and writing skills, sound independent decision-making, strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively. The position is based in the Chicago office with a hybrid work environment. The expected annual base salary range is $105,000 to $150,000, with eligibility for an annual bonus plan and competitive benefits.
