Manage equity indices in the firm's internal systems for trading and create index simulations for trading. Forecast trading impact from corporate actions on constituents of bank licensed indices, alert Front Office Trading and Middle Booking teams, ensure corporate actions workflow feeds correctly into proprietary tools, adjust trading positions, maintain cash dividends, and work with IT to develop index composition upload scripts. Manage projects to improve daily trading operations and automate manual processes. Requires a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field with five years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with two years of relevant experience. Experience in the financial industry and with advanced Excel functions including VBA, corporate actions data, equity indices, trade capture and validation, booking events and deals, and migrating trading processes between overseas offices is required. Telecommuting is permitted 50 percent. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, 40 hours per week. Salary is $124,992 to $135,000 per year.
