This full-time hybrid role is based in Sydney, NSW, with flexibility to work from home. The Lead Functional Consultant will drive the implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions by gathering business requirements, designing workflows, and configuring functionalities. The role involves consulting with clients to optimise business processes, providing guidance for system adoption, and ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders will be key to delivering impactful solutions. Qualifications include strong business process and consulting skills, experience leading and conducting workshops, exceptional communication and analytical skills, knowledge of financial systems and processes, proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, a relevant bachelor's degree, and the ability to work independently while fostering collaboration. Consulting or client-facing experience is a plus.
