ITKnocks is seeking an experienced Principal Consultant Dynamics 365 CRM for its Karachi office. The role involves leading and mentoring consultants and developers, conducting client workshops and discovery sessions, designing and developing Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions, engaging with clients and stakeholders, collaborating with onshore functional consultants, overseeing data migration, integrations and deployments, troubleshooting complex CRM issues, and ensuring best practices in code quality, ALM, DevOps and solution architecture. Candidates should have 8 to 10 or more years of hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM or CE experience, strong skills in C# plugins, JavaScript, Power Automate and Dataverse, experience with Azure Logic Apps, Custom APIs and third-party integrations, team leadership experience, client workshop facilitation skills, strong communication and presentation abilities, and experience working with international clients in Australia, the US or the UK. Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform are preferred.
