ITKnocks is expanding its onshore delivery capability and is seeking a Principal Functional Consultant to join its consulting team in Sydney. The role operates at a lead level, overseeing D365 ERP implementations. Responsibilities include leading requirement-gathering workshops, translating business needs into functional specifications, configuring core modules including Sales, Finance, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehousing and Manufacturing, conducting fit-gap analyses, overseeing solution delivery, engaging with C-level executives and senior client leadership, managing UAT cycles, delivering end-user training, recommending continuous improvements, mentoring ERP consultants across onshore and offshore teams, and supporting pre-sales activities. Applicants should have 10+ years of end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Business Central implementation experience, have led at least five end-to-end implementations, and have strong expertise in configuration, accounting, supply chain, operational processes, enterprise-level projects, data migration and stakeholder management. Microsoft certifications are highly regarded. This is a permanent onshore role based in Sydney, recruited in Pakistan with full relocation support.
