Maintain communal areas, void properties, and external grounds across London estates. Duties include daily cleaning of communal areas, deep cleans of vacated properties, waste management and litter picking, grass cutting and hedge trimming, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation. Previous experience in cleaning or grounds maintenance is preferred. Candidates must be able to follow schedules and health and safety procedures, be physically fit for outdoor work, reliable, punctual, detail-focused, and able to communicate and work well in a team. Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm. Salary is £24,000 to £27,000 per annum, London weighted. Uniform and equipment are provided, with opportunities for overtime and progression.
