Join the Corporate IT engineering team responsible for designing, installing and maintaining Corporate IT infrastructure and services. Duties include designing and configuring new systems and infrastructure, maintaining system procedures and documentation, installing and maintaining operating systems, patches, firmware and drivers, configuring software, supporting systems administration activities, monitoring and troubleshooting systems and services, capacity planning, service level monitoring, security incident response, and administering network appliances including switches and firewalls. The role includes participating in an on-call roster for out-of-hours and weekend support. Required knowledge and experience includes Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server and Workstation, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, DFS, certificate management, MS Exchange Hybrid and EOP, SCCM, Azure, Teams Voice, Cisco CUCM, Azure AD Connect, Azure Information Protection, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Compliance Manager, Conditional Access and PowerShell. Experience with VMware, Veeam, SAN technologies, Jira, CCNA-level networking, web filtering, Apple Mac device management, monitoring software, switches, VPN concentrators, firewalls and IDS/IPS is also required. Expertise in modern management through Intune and Autopilot is an asset.
