Reporting directly to the Deputy Senior Manager - Loan Support and Oversight Operations, you will work within the Loan Support Operations team and be responsible for day-to-day operations in line with the Bank's policies and procedures. Duties include supporting Corporate Lending and Malta Mortgages, recording lending facility activities, preparing and monitoring collateral documentation, preparing postponement, waiver and cancellation letters, collecting and allocating funds, monitoring past due loans and account excesses, supporting international large corporate loan portfolio and mortgage operations in Belgium and the Netherlands, and ensuring compliance with credit policies and procedures. The role requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, a solid understanding of lending products and services, proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, a Diploma in Finance, Economics or a related field, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Maltese.
