A four-week paid internship programme held during June each year and primarily based in the Maples Group's Dublin office. Interns are involved in legal work, including meetings, drafting and research, and gain exposure to international transactions, clients and advice. The programme includes training, department, committee and global talks, workshops, Q&A sessions, social activities, on-the-job training, team and individual projects, feedback and support, and opportunities to meet trainees, solicitors and partners across practice areas. Benefits include a guaranteed traineeship interview, a trainee buddy from day one, daily interaction with partners, a full induction and training programme, networking opportunities across the firm, and a bursary scheme. Applications are open to candidates who have completed at least two years of an undergraduate or graduate degree in any discipline. Postgraduate students and those who have completed their studies are also encouraged to apply, including candidates with work experience and completed FE1 exams.
