Provide effective and safe swim instruction to children and adults in FitRec Swim School, FitRec Swim Club, adult swim lessons, and group classes. Duties include teaching proper technique and water safety, providing feedback, motivating participants, evaluating progress, preparing lesson plans, tracking attendance, completing progress reports, and attending staff trainings. American Red Cross CPR/AED certification is required and Water Safety Instructor certification is preferred. Starting pay ranges from $18 to $26.36 per hour.
