An applicant may remove a limitation notification by lodging a new deposited plan of survey at the same time as the official search, or by applying for an exemption. Subject to written approval, a new survey plan may not be required in specified circumstances involving registered deposited plans, compiled deposited plans, vacant and unfenced land, or adjoining owner consents.
