A legal document service using the prescribed NSW form to appoint one or more attorneys to manage legal and financial affairs, including buying and selling real estate, shares and other assets, operating bank accounts and spending money on the principal's behalf. The authority continues if the principal loses mental capacity. The attorney and any substitute attorney must accept the appointment by signing, and the principal's signature must be witnessed by a prescribed witness.
