A legal document service using the prescribed NSW form to appoint one or more attorneys to manage legal and financial affairs, including buying and selling real estate, shares and other assets, operating bank accounts and spending money on the principal's behalf. The power may include conditions or limitations and generally ceases if the principal loses mental capacity. The principal's signature must be witnessed by an adult who is not an appointed attorney.
