A 12-month private coaching package including 10 private conversations, 3 meetings with your leader or manager to align coaching expectations, 2 tickets for your team to the Accelerator Program, 1 goal establishment meeting, applied skill and practice opportunities, an option for a 360 review and feedback process, and options to customise the coaching plan. Coaching sessions are generally 1 hour and can be held at the North Sydney office or online via Zoom.
