A 6-month private coaching package including 8 private conversations, 2 meetings with your leader or manager to align coaching expectations, 1 ticket for your team to the Accelerator Program, 1 goal establishment meeting, applied skill and practice opportunities, and options to customise the coaching plan. Coaching sessions are generally 1 hour and can be held at the North Sydney office or online via Zoom.
