An 8-month transformational leadership program for existing leaders, emerging leaders, business owners and entrepreneurs. Includes six learning modules covering moods and innovation, habits and way of being, listening beyond prejudice, mobilising teams, navigating power and politics, and coaching fundamentals. The program includes four full-day in-person workshops, four half-day online workshops, seven webinars, seven learning and reflection papers, six private one-to-one coaching sessions, six learning support group meetings, a Foundations Leadership Book, a Program Book, 12 support cards, and private access to an online learning portal. Hybrid learning is used, with Modules 1 and 6 face-to-face and Modules 2 to 5 online. Participants should allow 4 to 5 hours per week. The program is capped at 25 leaders and includes a printed Certificate of Completion and a transcript that can be used towards CPD points.
