Assessment of hearing aids to identify whether an issue is hearing or hearing aid related. The appointment may include resolving the issue, coaching to help manage similar problems in the future, a hearing assessment if a change in hearing is suspected, and ear wax removal if time permits. Please bring your hearing devices and any cases or chargers. Replacement parts are excluded if devices are outside warranty. If hearing aids require off-site repair or replacement parts, associated costs and timeframes will be advised.
