Repair of leaning fences, dragging or sagging gates, failed posts, rails, boards, hinges, latches, and gate frames. Posts may be reset in concrete with drainage or sistered where appropriate. Rails and boards use matched stock with galvanized or stainless fasteners and sealed cut ends. Gates are rehung with load-matched hardware, braced, and adjusted so the latch catches properly. Seasonal tightening and sealing are available for fundamentally sound fence runs. Full new fence runs, major remodels, permit-requiring work, and full rebuilds are quoted separately.
