Repair-scale deck work including replacing failing boards individually with matched species and thickness, repairing and securing railings, repairing stair treads and stringers, and cutting back, sistering, or replacing rotted posts on proper standoff bases. Ledger connections, joist ends, and hardware are checked during the work. Repairs can include cleaning and sealing on a schedule suited to the deck's exposure. Full deck rebuilds, major remodels, and permit-requiring work are not included and are handled as separately quoted project work.
