A face-to-face business qualification for frontline managers, team leaders, executive officers, program consultants, office managers and program coordinators. The course includes 12 units, trainer and assessor support by phone and email, learning resources, support services and certificate and record of results issuance. Entry requirements include being aged 18 or over, an IELTS band score of 5.5 or equivalent, and studies equivalent to an Australian Year 12 qualification, with mature age applicants considered based on relevant work experience and capacity to meet course requirements.
