The Private Dining Room is designed for corporate lunches, client entertaining, milestone birthdays, family gatherings and special wine dinners. Each experience is tailored to your guests and combines regional Italian cooking with one of Australia's most celebrated wine collections. Event packages are available.

Chef's Menu

A chef's menu is available for $120 per person. The menu includes house made ciabatta with house cultured butter, porcini mushroom croquette, beef tartare with celeriac and caper, blue-eye crudo with mandarin and fennel, pappa al pomodoro with charred cabbage and mustard oil, spaghettini with swordfish and lobster butter, 9+ Sher Wagyu rump cap with Jerusalem artichoke and witlof, Day's Walk Farm mixed leaves, honeycomb brioche with almond gelato and coffee, and basil cheesecake with cara cara orange and almond crumb. Seafood is sourced from Australian waters.

Available Monday to Friday. Enjoy a two-course lunch for $65 per person. The sample menu includes ciabatta with house cultured butter, porcini mushroom croquette, stracciatella with globe artichoke, balsamic and rosemary, and a choice of main: risotto with king prawn and saffron, mezzelune with cavolo nero and ricotta salata, or Rangers Valley flank with Jerusalem artichoke and witlof. Seafood is sourced from Australian waters.
