Includes triple cream brie, Gorgonzola dolce, vintage cheddar, figs, grapes, honeycomb and crackers, beetroot hummus and feta, smoky eggplant dip, crudités, grissini, prosciutto, sopressa salami, mortadella, pickled vegetables, olives and rosemary focaccia.

$60 per person plus GST, minimum 20 guests. Includes a refreshment station from arrival through afternoon tea with St ALi batch brew, organic teas and accompaniments, iced fruit tea, bottled water and cold pressed orange juice. Morning tea includes watermelon and berry skewers, spiced fig granola jars with coulis and fresh berries, caramel macadamia nut crumble, and mini ham and cheese or cheese and tomato croissants. Lunch includes soba noodle salad with poached miso salmon, quinoa and lentil salad with falafel and beetroot hummus, and roast maple pumpkin salad with lemon thyme roasted chicken. Afternoon tea includes small Persian orange cakes, scones with jam and cream, and mini assorted quiches.

Lunch includes a variety of sandwiches, paninis and soft rolls with all dietaries covered. Afternoon tea includes small Persian orange cakes, double choc brownie bites with fresh strawberries, and mini assorted quiches. Prices include delivery, crockery, cutlery and glassware, with no single-use packaging.

$35 per person plus GST, minimum 20 guests. Choose two salads. Options include soba noodle salad with stir-fried greens, sesame seeds and chilli flakes with poached salmon; quinoa, lentils, fresh herbs, toasted seeds, nuts, currants, pomegranate, broccoli and cauliflower with falafel, beetroot hummus and cumin yoghurt dressing; or roast maple pumpkin, zucchini, balsamic beetroot, red onion, spinach, nuts, chickpeas and feta with lemon thyme roasted chicken. Includes a mini sweet treat selection. Add rice paper rolls with peanut dipping sauce, mini sausage rolls with smoky relish, or ricotta and spinach rolls with tzatziki for $5 per person each.
